A quick self-check

In-house, consultant, or neither?

If you are not sure whether you need RevOps in-house, someone like me, or nothing at all yet, these six questions will get you closer to an answer.

Question 1 of 6

0 so far

Recent work

What the work actually looks like.

Clients anonymised until they approve being named. Everything below is real work, including the one still in flight.

Security & hardware

In progress

Moving an SDR team from HubSpot to Salesforce

Run as a programme, not a queue. Discovery and a fit-gap audit, a design document signed off by the technical and revenue leads, then the build: lead fields and status path, routing flows by region, duplicate and existing-customer rules. Data migration with source-count verification, UAT against agreed test cases, a training package, and two weeks of hypercare after go-live. Legacy workflows get deprecated on a fixed date rather than quietly left running.

Security & hardware

Leads that nobody had accepted yet

Qualified leads were reaching sales and then sitting, with no way to tell how long. Built a handoff SLA engine that measures the time between a lead qualifying and a rep accepting it, and fires alerts when that window is missed. Paired it with decay reporting that recycles stalled opportunities back into play with a notification, instead of letting them age quietly inside the forecast.

B2B healthtech

Every inbound lead got the wrong email

Anyone submitting the website form was dropped into a “tell us your company” sequence. The enrolment filter was an OR across four unknown fields, and the forms only collected an email, so every single submitter matched. Rebuilt to enrich first, then branch on whether a company record actually exists. Buyers who are ready to book now get the meeting ask immediately.

Legal tech

A forecast leadership could defend

Built weighted pipeline reporting and a segmentation model across four firm tiers, plus key-contact tracking that separated primary relationships from secondary ones. Added campaign tracking and attribution so marketing spend could finally be tied to closed revenue rather than argued about.

The systems I build

Most teams have all five of these. Very few have them connected. The gaps between them are where leads stall, work gets done twice, and nobody can say afterwards why the quarter went the way it did.

  1. 01

    Capture

Forms, ads, and lists land in one place with clean, consistent fields.

    HubSpot · Forms · Apollo

  2. 02

    Enrich & route

Fill the gaps, score the fit, and get the lead to the right rep automatically.

    Clay · ZoomInfo · Workflows

  3. 03

    Work the pipeline

Stages that mean something, activity that logs itself, forecasts you can defend.

    Salesforce · Salesloft

  4. 04

    Onboard & retain

Handoff, adoption, renewal, and upsell tracked instead of remembered.

    Success plays · Health scores

  5. 05

    Report on it

One set of numbers, from rep dashboards up to the board deck.

Reporting

Dashboards built for the person reading them.

One dashboard for the whole company means everyone scrolls past most of it. Each team gets the numbers they can actually act on, built from the same definitions so they never disagree.

Illustrative. Your metrics depend on your motion, and picking the right six is most of the work.

Why work with me

Trusted during scaling chaos

Leadership calls me when processes are unclear or not ready for scale. I bring clarity, order, and momentum.

Fast onboarding, steady execution

Weekly check-ins and transparent project tracking keep everything on course.

Lean, effective systems

Tech stacks that are simple to manage, produce accurate data, and scale with the business.

What you get

Six things that weren't true before.

Definitions that hold

What counts as a qualified lead, an active account, a closed deal. Agreed once, then enforced by the system instead of by memory.

Leads routed in minutes

Enriched, scored, and on the right rep's desk before they go cold.

A pipeline you can trust

Stages that mean something and deals that reflect reality.

Dashboards per team

Marketing, sales, and CS each see what they can act on.

Fewer tools, less manual

The busywork automated, the software you don't use cancelled.

Playbooks your team keeps

Written down, so it survives the next hire and the next departure.

Who you'd be working with

Just me. Here is how that works.

The person who scopes the work is the person who builds it, and the person you message when something breaks. That is the upside. The fair question is what happens to capacity, so here is the honest answer.

A deliberately small roster

I take on a limited number of clients at once. If I do not have room to do your project properly, I will tell you that instead of stretching and doing it badly.

You see the same board I do

Every request is a ticket with an owner, a priority, and a status. No wondering where things stand between calls, and no asking me for an update.

Written down, not in my head

Every build ships with documentation your team keeps. If I get hit by a bus, or you simply stop working with me, nothing you paid for leaves with me.

What even is RevOps??

Fair question. It is one of those titles that means something different at every company, and half the people with it on their LinkedIn could not define it either.

Here is the version that matters to you. Your marketing, sales, and success teams all touch the same customer. They also run on different tools, different definitions, and at least one spreadsheet nobody admits to maintaining. RevOps is the job of making all of that behave like one system.

In practice it is the unglamorous stuff nobody owns. What counts as a qualified lead. Why the forecast was wrong again. Where leads quietly go to die. Which of your fourteen tools you can cancel this quarter.

If your clearest view of the business is a pipeline meeting, a few one-on-ones, and a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand, that is the thing I fix.
